The initial experience is designed to collect less sensitive data, then move formal documentation into the appropriate secure process.
Contact requests
When you submit a contact form, your name, email or phone, the page context, and your consent are sent through our email service to veldinext@gmail.com for follow-up. If sending fails, the form displays an error instead of confirming receipt. The email service and receiving inbox retain copies under their own settings.
Data minimization
The first form asks for your name and either email or phone. A broker may request property, purpose, amount, and timing later. Do not provide Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or documents through the marketing form.
Policy review and questions
The operating entity, retention and deletion process, applicable state notices, and broker-routing consent still require final review before the public search launch. For questions about a submitted request, contact veldinext@gmail.com.
